I have purchased many slixspring products and have recommended these to several of my friends. The quality in these products is great and I appreciated that. I have incorporated them in several of my guns or used them as shooting accessories.

I was directed to your company by a fellow gun club member/shooting buddy who was very happy with his 1873 rifle (wide & rounded) trigger. I quickly ordered two for my two ‘73s, I am also very happy with them; they are a real shooting finger saver.

I will say that your nipple wrench will not fit the original nipples on my 1860 Colt Army Pietta revolver. But, you did not claim it would, only some reproduction revolvers. I have many other guns that I will use it on.

I have received the wrench. It seems like a well made tool. I used it on a couple revolvers so far and it did a good job. One revolver had seriously messed up nipples and it got them out without a problem. The only reason I haven't dropped 5 stars on my review is that I haven't used it enough to discover if the heat treatment is good enough for the long haul. However, I am optimistic that it will be fine.

Easy to use, very happy with it!

I bought this on recommendation from the YouTube channel Guns of the West. It looks better than any other I saw, fit the nipples snugly and worked very well.

I really thought a nipple wrench is a nipple wrench but this fits so well I have zero concerns of ever breaking it or damaging nipples especially if your using slixshot nipples also which I highly recommend

What a nipple wrench does seems pretty straight forward, and for sure it is. But this well designed and built tool does it well. It fits the easy nipples like those on rifles and shotguns, but even a dollar store adjustable wrench will usually suffice here. Where this wrench really shines is on revolvers. I tried several other nipple wrenches on my baby dragoon. Ruined one of them by grinding it down to fit the tiny openings the nipples live in. This wrench worked the first time. Great tool!!!

A bit pricy but it worked. Now I have a good tool. Hope I do not lose it. It would be better if it ALSO included a rifle nipple fitting on the same tool.

I plan on replacing my Navy Sixes nipples. Now I won't have to look any further than to SliXsprings.

By far the best nipple wrench that I have used, well worth the money. Have no fear when dealing with this company.

Wish i needed to use it more often just because it’s that good.

Works well but with stubborn nipples the metal on the wrench is soft and has a tendency to strip and deform where the the wrench fits over the nipples!, other wise it works well!

Thank you for your feedback. Our nipple wrench is heat-treated to a Rockwell hardness of 48–52 and is designed to remove most nipples without damaging them. Nipples that are severely seized by rust, corrosion, or overtightening should be treated with a quality penetrating lubricant and allowed to soak before removal. It is also important to keep the wrench squarely and fully seated on the nipple so that pressure is applied evenly to both sides.

I've used various nipple wrenches for over 40 years. The Slix Wrench is simply the best, including on Remington 1858, Colt 1851 and 1860 and R&S repro revolvers. It is comfortable to use and never chips or bends. I keep one in the range bag and one in the cleaning kit. Don't expect ever to need any other.

This tool is essential for removing old nipples and replacing them with new ones. old niples can be corroded and hard to turn. this tool gets them moving

this wrench is way harder than those other nipple wrenches out there. the others are a softer metal and round out and break when trying to get hard to remove nipples out. I have a particular pistol that no matter what I do the nipples are hard to get out but not with this wrench.

This wrench is without a doubt a superior product. Purchase this wrench if you want to be able to remove stubborn nipples without a fear of breaking the tool. The other tools out there are not up to the task. I know, because I wasted money and time on them, just to have them break, before I found this tool. I can't say enough positive things about this tool. Just buy it and complete your mission!

Very well made and works alot better than the one I had my old one bent after the first few times I used it. I dont think this one will ever fail. I highly recommend it.

There are nipples wrenches and then there is this nipple wrench. It flat works. Plus the design allows easy “spinning” which speeds up installation and removal of nipples for cleaning
