Purchased a new Uberti 1861 Navy and could not remove the factory nipples until I received this wrench. I broke one of the big name wrenches trying to remove them. This is THE WRENCH!

I bought this to remove the factory nipples on my 1857 revolver. The other brands could not remove the nipples. This wrench simply put,just works. I would not hesitate to buy another except that this wrench should last as long as the revolver. Good product!

I've been through a few big box wrenches. This one is night and day. Properly hardened. Better fit on both Slix and factory nipples. Ergonomic.

After receiving my new nipples I discovered my old Hawkin wrench wouldn't fit my revolver. (DUH!)

This is a good nipple wrench and it works perfectly for changing the nipples in my bp revolver cylinder.

I had several nipples I could not remove. After ruining several other wrenches I bit the bullet and bought this Slix wrench. It stood up to the task, did not split out like my other wrenches. Well worth the money

Best nipple wrench I've ever used

The best cone wrench I have found for revolvers. The brands carried in stores are seemingly always too soft of steel. If you are serious about black powder shooting, I recommend Slix Wrench.

Very much an essential for nipple change outs, especially when that change out involves installing my new "SliXprings" SS quality nipples!
PS- this wrench also allows plenty of room due to the long stem...

I had a nipple that WOULD NOT back out. After days of fussin & cussin I was finally able to get the nipple loose with wrench from Slixprings!

Very well made and allow for great amount of torque to remove nipples when using Slix Wrench. Unfortunately I've only been able to remove 3 of the nipples from my Ruger Old Army despite using penetrant, heat, cold and combinations.

Knock’er Loose Penetrating Lubricant works very well for removing stuck or rusted nipples. Applying a good penetrating lubricant beforehand will make removal easier.
