This is just the right tool for the job. Even though i own a list of nipple wrenches for all my black powder collection this is one that i needed for my 49 pocket. Its the only one small enough to fit. And its made out of quality steel. Great product!

I have a half a dozen nipple wrenches for revolvers. This wrench is the best. The long shaft and top round section make it easy to remove and install revolver nipples. Other nipple wrenches and the combination tools are OK but I prefer one excellent tool to perform one job. This is it.

I have not yet had an oppertunity to use the slix wrench, but i can tell right away that it is very well made, of the highest quality. I have been using other Slix products for years, and as always, i am delivered a fine product. I am sure the wrench will be no less.

Best darn nipple wrench on the market. The design is so similar to the old spinner lug wrench for flat tires makes it so simple and easy to remove the nipples for cleaning and reinserting. If you shoot cap and ball with slix shot nipples, you gotta get one of these things

I destroyed two other store bought nipple removal tools. When the Slix Wrench arrived you could tell it was quality made. Removed rusted on nipples with no problem or damage. Highly recommend.

Dear Sirs: From Midway U.S.A., I purchased a Uberti 1851 Colt Navy revolver and could not get two nipples out. So I ordered your Nipple Wrench.
After much effort I removed the two stuck nipples that had been installed in wet chambers at the factory and had rusted in place. You make a great
wrench and it is still in one piece, unlike the two wrenches I tried before I purchased yours! Thanks!

Great wrench, easier to use for tough stuck nipples. I was still unable to get some stuck nipple out and bent the edges of the wrench trying.

Still a great product and would highly recommend over almost all others I’ve tried

Our Nipple Wrench is heat treated to a Rockwell 48-52 hardness. This is plenty hard to remove most stuck nipples. If existing nipples are so stuck (either from rust, corrosion or over tightened) then we HIGHLY recommend soaking the cylinder a rust/thread penetrant of some kind for a few days and try again. Any tool that is used beyond what it’s designed for can/will break.

My order came in on time, and was well packaged. The construction of the wrench itself feels sturdy. I have yet to use this on my Uberti Colt 1851 Navy. But I’m more than confident that this wrench will stand the test of time, and is a must have for anyone who wants to get into shooting black powder revolvers.

I've now purchased two of these wrenches. They are the finest wrench available for removing and replacing nipples/cones on cap and ball and muzzel loading rifles. The material is strong and the craftsmanship is top notch. I highly recommend this product.

This wrench fits the slixshot Pietta 1860 Army nipple perfectly. The product is very well made and the design makes it easy to spin the nipple in and out. Highly recommended.

Can never have too many nipple wrenches, this one is solid.

Products are great. Greatly reduced misfires, in fact non since installation of the new nipples. Hopefully will be able to get more for other pistols later.

I had no problems with it. removing factory nipples or other nipples either best thing It’s not made cheap like the other ones are and utube has videos of it sometimes being a pain in the ass removing nipples from the cylinder and if you reading reviews and shopping for a wrench then I bet 99.9% you having that same BS problem right now i know because I was experiencing it myself. But I got slix wrench!!! so thank you slix for making a tool that so far works… but the other cheap wrenches is garbage!! the only thing good about them is you get a nipple pick. But for your nipples.. Buy the slix wrench and have no regrets!

This wrench is great I used it 10 times fits perfect every time and the ends of wrench didn't turn or roll up this is awesome this wrench will be with my black powder revolvers as long as I live. Thanks for a great product.

As an ex auto mechanic of 16 years, I can appreciate having the right tools to do the job right.
This tool fits on the nipple with no wobble and it engages the flats with very little free play.
This wrench fits like a glove.....that's why it will do the job right.
