Amazing company and quality product had them on my Uberti 1861 navy, amazing all the treads lined up perfectly. Shot bout 200 round with them and they work amazing, can't wait to get more for my other Revolvers.

Run them on anything I can. Never had a single issue with them.

The nipples are well made. Threads are very crisp and the nipples fit #11 caps with a little *click* that's very satisfying.

Worked like a dream on inert 1851 and an 1861. Also the stainless makes the much easier to see the carbon for cleaning.

Ive been shooting with these once. I shot 26 rounds.

With the original nipples, I had multiple caps get stuck and jammed on requiring tools and extensive effort to remove.

With the new ones, no caps stuck and only a couple required manual removal with no tools.

They are worth it just for that.

I purchase these for all my Black powder revolvers. Cap suck issue goes way down.

They're the best ive found so far! No more cap jams: when I get a new or different pistol: I order & install more Slixshot Black Powder Nipples. I highly recommend Slixshot Nipple wrench & other accessories. I'm loving it!

I think with these nipples if that's what they are calling them your BP revolver performs like they did in the 1800s. Les misfires less hang ups. Because I have two 58 uberti pistols and 1 1860 colt peita or whatever it is. They perform so much better than stock nipples

Came in a timely manner. I have not used the Slix shots nipples yet. It is 15 degrees out in the daytime. Too cold to stand out on the snow covered and windy range to load and shoot. I like to be comfortable when I shoot, and the bullet lube is as hard as a rock. I will try to remember to update my review this spring.

These nipples do the job of preventing jams by flaring out the fired nipple, allowing it to be tossed off.

Almost any nipple will make the gun go off. But too often the percussion caps split and jam the mechanism for the next shot. These don’t.

Absolutely love them, will definitely be buying another set for my spare cylinder!

After changing out my commercial powder nipples sir Slixsprings I was impressed with the fit and form and overall matching. I wish they made the same for my Contender CVA 50 cal muzzleloader musket. Would definitely recommend and purchase again, which I did for another rifle by Piedersoli.

I also purchased the wrench which was very well made and made the exchange a breeze.

every thing worked out just fine

I have these mounted on all my cap guns and they are excellent. I mostly shoot Cowboy action and need my guns to function flawlessly. The best feature of these is that the caps fit snuggly and I never have to worry about losing one during rough handling.

Sorry to say I have not had a chance to try them. Our house was in the bullseye of Helene. Large pine tree in living room with lots of damage. Seven large trees down around house. Shooting will have to wait awhile. Nipples look like they should do the job. Thanks.....Ken

I had a 2nd gen Colt 3rd Dragoon that only accepted #12caps which are impossible to find. Now i can fire it with #11caps. Have replaced all other 9 revolvers with Slix-shots for near 100% ignition reliability. Like the SS construction and larger internal diameter flash chamber.

I have put these slixshot nipples on three revolvers so far. I plan on putting them on my other revolvers. I like that they hold different caps. Now I can shoot what's available. I also get far fewer cap jams.

I have these on all my percussion revolvers they're pretty much mandatory at this point

With the stock nipples, I had issues with caps falling off and jamming up the gun. After installing these nipples, it shoots great. No more cap jams. I have installed these nipples in two of my other guns but haven't fired them yet.
