I purchased these for an 1860 Army replica and they are far superior to the stock nipples. They deliver more flash to the powder and the caps do not stick to the nipple after firing.

Slixpring works great, solved the problem of cap jams have of set on all my cap n ball revolvers.

Work great, better than the stock cones, need to save some coins up to get a set for my ROA's.

I use these on my Remington New Model Army (1858 Remington) and they are several steps up from the OEM nipples. The number 11 caps open up perfectly with very little backflow of pressure.

Got these stainless nipples recommended on YouTube. They really work great. The little holes on the sides really seem to reduce the backward thrust of the charge to help stop the cap from annealing itself to the hammer face. The designer obviously spent a lot of time adjusting the size and position of the flash holes to provide consistent ignition while keeping the backward push of the gasses to a minimum. Thank you.

This is not my first set. All my B/P revolvers have them on them. When I get a new one, the first thing I do is order new nipples.

These nipples solve my problem with my Pietta Navy Revolver.

I recently purchased a SlixWrench, SlixHand and Uberti Nipples. All are great. I also purchased M6.75x75 thread Pietta Nipples. They fit the cylinder, but are too long to cap and rotate in the pistol. This is an older Navy Arms Colt 1851 Navy. Do you have any recommendations?

Got the nipples for Pietta revolvers- perfect fit and function. Fired 8 cylinders through 2 different Spiller & Burr revolvers with no cap jams and no misfires or hangfires.

They help mitigate cap jams. well made and well fit.

So far, I've only shot caps using these, but, no misfires like the originals.

I have replaced the majority of my revolvers' factory nipples with SliXshot nipples. A couple of my revolvers would not make it through a whole cylinder without a malfunction. Once I swapped out the nipples for SliXshots, no problems.

I have SliXshot nipples for my Colt & Remington reproductions. They work as advertised. Better ignition and the vent holes in the sides cut down on the back-pressure and spread the caps out so that they fall out of the gun easier after firing, rather than clinging to the nipples.

Have been very pleased with these nipples. Pretty much eliminates cap jams. I use them on a pietta 1860 and two ubertis (1851 and 1862)
