I think they are great,I use them on all my percussion revolvers. Well worth the money.

Fits my Uberti 1860 Army perfectly. Easy to install and remove for cleaning. Since installing I have not had a single cap sucking issue or cap jam. Highly recommend.

my pietta was unsafe to use before my upgrade so its definitely necessary but my short barrel will cap-jam every time

This is an easy fix. The problem is with the gun, not the nipples. Take it to a competent Gunsmith that knows black powder revolvers. Your timing is either off or tolerances are out of spec. It could also be that the notch in the hammer has a bur on it causing this problem.

Haven't had a fail to fire yet.

These actually do prevent cap jams. I highly recommend this product.

Worked flawlessly on the Pietta 1851 Navy. Works perfectly with #11 caps. Exactly what I wanted and needed.

replaced the pietta 44 cal nipples with these. test fired and compared cap destruction to be more evenly than when using the mafg nipples. noted that bot the 10 and 11 caps fit,

aside from the price (note- i am a congenital cheapskate) these are far and away the best nipples on the market.

Don't fit so I haven't used the nipples as of yet. I would've rated them a "I don't know" but I had to choose a rating so I chose the one that closely reflects "I don't know".

We clearly list the recommended caps to be used with our nipples. This is provided on our product page, FAQ page and on the product packaging itself. Nowhere does it show CCI #10’s to be used. CCI #10 caps have a much smaller inside diameter and will not fit correctly.

These are the best. The caps don't fall off after shooting to foul the cylinder or pall, excellent fire to discharge the powder in the cylinder. I'd never use anything else.

Fit my 1860 Army (Pietta) perfectly. Remington #10 caps fit to perfection. CCI #10 caps don’t fit or function at all. Experienced zero cap sucking and no cap jams from the 100 rounds fired thus far. Excellent cones!
