These nipples are an absolute must, they fit my Pietta Remington 1858 perfectly. Being able to use much more avaliable #11 caps is a huge upgrade to the revolver on top of the vent holes and stainless construction. Absolute necessary upgrade!

I've used the SliXshot BP nipples on all my percussion firearms with wonderful results and increased reliability. I consider them a must have for percussion revolvers. Thanks for the good work.

After discovering the Pietta and Uberti cylinders and nipples aren’t interchangeable….. Maybe everyone already knew that! I reached out to SlixSprings and got the correct sets. I have a Pietta 1858 Remington 6 shooter and a Uberti Remington Carbine. Great performance in both!

Have not had a cap jam of misfire since I put these on a Pietta 1862 Police, have shot about 12 cyls.

I bought a set for both my Colt Walker and Colt third gen Dragoon Uberti replicas. They fit perfectly and perform very well.

I have bought these nipples before for my 1860 army and now I purchased my second set for my navy colt. I am very pleased with them and any black powder pistols I buy in the future I will probably buy again .

Over all I was pleased with the item that I purchased. Although I did feel the ss nipples were a little over priced . But what isn’t if you feel that it helps with the cap jamming then by all means order them . I do think that they helped.
The order was easy and they were at the door in no time. I would and will buy them again.

The Slixshot nipples are way better than the factory originals. They measure like they need to. Caps falling off is no longer a thing as it used to be. Seems like powder ignition happens better also. Very pleased with product quality.

The original Old Army nipples did not fit the caps securely and I was getting misfires. With the slixshot nipples I get 100% reliable ignition with CCI #11 caps. Problem solved.
