These are the best. The caps don't fall off after shooting to foul the cylinder or pall, excellent fire to discharge the powder in the cylinder. I'd never use anything else.

Fit my 1860 Army (Pietta) perfectly. Remington #10 caps fit to perfection. CCI #10 caps don’t fit or function at all. Experienced zero cap sucking and no cap jams from the 100 rounds fired thus far. Excellent cones!

I purchased these for an 1860 Army replica and they are far superior to the stock nipples. They deliver more flash to the powder and the caps do not stick to the nipple after firing.

Since installing these nipples on my black powder pistols I have not had a single typical problem associated with percussion caps slipping or ignition, which was very common in the past. Work great, better than the stock cones, need to save some coins up to get a set for my ROA's.

I use these on my Remington New Model Army (1858 Remington) and they are several steps up from the OEM nipples. The number 11 caps open up perfectly with very little backflow of pressure.

Got these stainless nipples recommended on YouTube. They really work great. The little holes on the sides really seem to reduce the backward thrust of the charge to help stop the cap from annealing itself to the hammer face. The designer obviously spent a lot of time adjusting the size and position of the flash holes to provide consistent ignition while keeping the backward push of the gasses to a minimum. Thank you.

This is not my first set. All my B/P revolvers have them on them. When I get a new one, the first thing I do is order new nipples.

These nipples solve my problem with my Pietta Navy Revolver.

I recently purchased a SlixWrench, SlixHand and Uberti Nipples. All are great. I also purchased M6.75x75 thread Pietta Nipples. They fit the cylinder, but are too long to cap and rotate in the pistol. This is an older Navy Arms Colt 1851 Navy. Do you have any recommendations?

This older Navy Arms 1851 was NOT a Pietta model. We sent this customer a set of our “Pocket” Pietta nipples and they fit and functioned perfectly.
