I have 11 little SliXshot baggies that contain factory nipples in them, if that tells you anything.

Slixshot BP cones are a perfect fit on both my Uberti 1862 Pocket Navy model and for the 1851 London Navy. I can use CCI 10 and 11 caps. They are easy to install. Great product.

For my 44,fired in order, with load.

1. 6 #10 & 6 #11. Excellent
2. 6 #10 with round ball and 6 #11 with conical bullet. Excellent.
3. All shots with 25 grain load.
4. 1 misfire,my fault.
5. Excellent nipples.

Delivery time was great, high quality item, worked really good compared to the original nipple.

Best investment for my revolvers, I bought two sets for Pietta, one set for Ubertie. They work so well. I bought three more sets. Then I went to greens black powder gun shop and bought three more sets. I need three more sets for Pietta and two more sets for my other Uberties, they are great, thanks for solving problems. Something that doesn’t get done much anymore. Again thanks for a great product.

Bought the nipples to get my Colt Walker to shoot it's best. The nipples show good quality and workmanship the blow back holes should help open the caps for dislodging. The price is high they are not gold plated.

All our products are manufactured in the USA, hence the price. We could offer them cheaper by using China labor and materials but then the quality and workmanship would suffer. Good and cheap does not go together.

I had given up on black powder and you know the game. Like all hobbies they can be expensive as always you get what you pay for. I've been buying Uberti & Pietta for going on 40yrs. And have owned many different calibers and models. What I have noticed is that the quality control has got a little lax. That being said, bought a new 1860 army anyway. New out of the box it was not well oiled around nipples, they were rusted inside & out. Cleaned them shot the weapon it jammed 7 out of 12 shots. Cleaned it put the weapon in the box and in the closet for 2 years. Went to Cabela's to shop for a knife talked to a man standing looking at the black powder weapons. Told him my delima with my 1860, his next words were Slixprings. Buy their nipples you won't regret. 80 rounds later I couldn't be more pleased, no jamming at all and because of that I bought a new 1858 Peitta Remington and for it another set of slixshot nipples. What an amazing awesome product also bought your nipple wrench it's by far the best I've ever used I will let everyone I talk with about black powder know about Slixprings products. Fixed the cap sucking and jams! Out of 100 rounds I'd say maybe three total. I'm going to order more soon!

Have not personally used these yet. Quality of materials and manufacturing are obvious. Everyone recommends these. I see why.

Lacking a supply of #10 percussion caps these will allow the use of #11 percussion caps. The product quality is excellent and installed with NO issues, a perfect fit.
