These are a must have for anyone shooting a brass frame 1860 or a 1866. It really adds to the wonderful look of these brass frame beauties. Time will tell how well they will hold up.

Great product. Sets off the rifle, while having a screw that have not had stick when needing removal. Also holds onto most magazine springs.

I got two of them and having them engraved with alias. No more struck end cap plus it just looks great. With you alias engraved on it, makes a nice touch in the firearm rack.

Purchased these to 'gussy-up' a '66 & '73. Like the way they center the magazine spring. Recommend using a little grease or lubricant before installing.

I wanted this just for a final touch on my uberti 1866 yellow boy. Arrived undamaged and adds that touch of brass to the rifle.

What can I say. It was a chunk of brass and it was threaded properly and it fitted right in. Although I may put a small drop of blue on it. It did start to get a little loose with use. At least I didn't launch my spring and follower down range.

Very nicely made. Fit perfect to my Uberti 73 rifle. I recommend this cap as replace, for the 66 and 73.

Replaced the stock blued one with this one on a yellow boy rifle. Looks great.

I always have had this on my 1873 rifles.
They mostly just look really neat and make your rifle easy to recognize.

The Springe holder stem is really helpful for assembly.
